Description: This HotFix addresses two categories of regressions between SilkTest 8.0 and SilkTest 7.5x/7.6x

ProblemFix
Problems with the 4Test randomization functions.A fix for a rounding problem changed the calculation of the range of randomized values for the various 4Test randomization functions. As a result, values were sometimes returned that were outside the specified range.
SilkBean problems.The Agent would crash while using SilkBean because of changes to the Agent for SWT support. Also, SilkBean had not been updated to accommodate new Java extension options, which led to Java exceptions. In addition, the hotfix updates the PowerBuilder extension to support PowerBuilder 10.5. (Note that SilkTest does not support new controls developed in PowerBuilder 6.5 and later).
